Use this to display the fit of regression model. The graph shows the relationship between the response variate and either one explanatory variate or one explanatory factor or one of each.
This lists data structures appropriate to the current input field. It lists either factors for use in specifying grouping factor, or variates for specifying the explanatory variate. The contents will change as you move from one field to the next. Double-click a name to copy it to the current input field or type the name.
Specifies an explanatory variable to be used in the plot.
Specifies a grouping factor to be used in the plot.
Plot on linear predictor scale
By default for generalized linear models, the fitted relationship is plotted on the original scale, but you can select this option to use the scale of the linear predictor. This is useful, for example, if you want to check for potential non-linearity in the response.
Include confidence limits
When selected, includes confidence limits for the fitted relationship. The size of the interval can be specified as a percentage in the space provided. This option is only available when there no grouping factor has been supplied. Use this to choose which explanatory variate or factor, or both, to display in the graph. Choose the variate from the Available data list (if you choose one, it must be one that has been fitted in the current model) or choose a factor that is in the current model, or choose one of each.
|Controls whether to keep the dialog open when you click Run. When the pin is up the dialog will remain open, otherwise when the pin is down the dialog will close.
