Use this to generate an html report of QTL results. The report generates a set of files using a specified prefix. For example, the html report will be saved into a file using the name .htm. The styles used within the html file are specified in an associated file called Genstat.css. This file can be edited to specify different styles within the document. All the images used within the report are created in portable network graphics (.png) format.
- In the QTL Data View click the report writer button
Prefix for output files
Provides a space to specify a prefix to use for the files generated for the report. The report generates a set of files using the prefix. The html report will be saved into a file using the name .htm.
Open in default browser
Genstat uses the .htm file association to open the report in your default web browser.
Data
Available data | This lists data structures currently available in Genstat appropriate to the current input field. Double-click a name to move it to the current input field or select an item and click to move it across. |
QTL save structure | A pointer to information and results saved from a QTL analysis. |
Linkage groups | A factor identifying the linkage group for each marker . |
Positions within linkage groups | A variate containing the positions within the linkage groups for each marker. |

Clear | Clear all fields and list boxes. | |
