Use this to select a variate containing logical values (0 or 1) to indicate whether each selected candidate QTL showed a significant (1) or non-significant (0) QTL-by-environment interaction. The length of this variate must match the number of candidate QTLs that are selected in the Select candidate QTLs dialog.
Available data
This lists variates that can be used to specify the environments for a multi-environment trials. Double-click a name or click the button to copy it to the current input field; alternatively, you can type in the name directly.
Interaction variate
Specifies a variate containing index numbers of loci to be used as cofactors for the genetic background.
