This data file starts with a comment describing its contents, which must be placed at the beginning of the line. This is followed by a line giving the names of the columns, so Read column names from file should be checked. The data follows this header information. Note that any amount of white space (spaces, tabs, etc.) may used to separate the data values, ‘Huang He’ is delimited by quotes because it contains a space, and comments placed within the data can start anywhere on a line.
