Proportional Hazards

Select menu: Stats | Survival Analysis | Proportional Hazards

Fits the proportional hazards model to survival data.

  1. After you have imported your data, from the menu select 
    Stats | Survival Analysis | Proportional Hazards.
  2. Fill in the fields as required then click Run.

You can set additional Options then after running, you can save the results by clicking Save.

Times

Time of each observation.

Censored

Variate containing the values 0 and 1 to indicate whether the corresponding time point is censored (1) or not (0).

Subjects

A factor to indicate the subject corresponding to each observation.

Model to be fitted

The model terms to be fitted are specified by entering a model formula.

Maximal model

If you intend to modify the model by including additional model terms, you should use this option to specify the largest model that you may want to consider. The model can then be modified by clicking on the Change Model button.

Offset

Offset to include in the model.

Action Icons

Pin Controls whether to keep the dialog open when you click Run. When the pin is down  the dialog will remain open, otherwise when the pin is up  the dialog will close.
Restore Restore names into edit fields and default settings.
Clear Clear all fields and list boxes.
