Select Spreadsheet Range

Select menu: Spread | Select | Range

Use this to select a rectangular part of the current spreadsheet by specifying a range of cells. The range will extend between the starting cell given by the values specified in the starting row and column, and the ending cell given by the final row and column. When the selection is applied all existing selection are deselected.

  1. From the menu select Spread | Select | Range.

Starting row & Starting column

These values specify the row and column position for the starting cell to be used in the selection.

Final row & Final column

These values specify the row and column position for the ending cell to be used in the selection.
