SET2FORMULA forms a model formula using the contents (factors and/or variates) of a pointer. The pointer is specified by the
POINTER parameter, and the formula is saved by the
METHOD option defines how the formula is constructed. With the
combined setting, the formula has a single model term combining all the structures: for example
