- After you have imported your data, from the menu select
Stats | Survival Analysis | Nonparametric Tests. - Fill in the fields as required then click Run.
After running, you can save the results by clicking Save.
Available data
This lists data structures appropriate to the current input field. It lists variates for specifying the time-points and censoring, and factors for the groups and blocks. The contents will change as you move from one field to the next. Double-click a name to copy it to the current input field or type the name.
Time points
Specifies the actual time points for the data.
Censored
Variate containing the values 0 and 1 to indicate whether the corresponding time point is censored (1) or not (0).
Groups
Specifies a grouping factor for the groups that are to be compared.
Blocks
Lets you specify a factor to indicate different groupings for a stratified test. For example, these might represent different centres or laboratories.
Tests
Controls what nonparametric tests are to be used for the analysis. You can choose one or more from Log-rank, Wilcoxon-Breslow, Tarone-Ware and Wilcoxon (Peto-Prentice).
