Variogram Options

This controls options for plotting a 2-dimensional variogram from a 2-dimensional array of residuals, i.e. residuals that come from an experiment with units arranged in a regular grid.

Maximum lag in row direction

Specifies the maximum lag in the row direction. If left blank then the variogram will be calculated for all row lags.

Maximum lag in column direction

Specifies the maximum lag in the column direction. If left blank then the variogram will be calculated for all column lags.

Actual distance represented by 1 unit in row direction

Specifies the scale in the row direction by supplying the actual distances represented by each row unit.

Actual distance represented by 1 unit in column direction

Specifies the scale in the column direction by supplying the actual distances represented by each column unit.

Minimum replication required for inclusion in variogram

Specifies the minimum replication required for comparisons to be included in the variogram. Note that setting this option to low values may result in spurious patterns within the variogram.

Plot variogram using 0-1 scale

When selected, the variogram will be scaled onto a 0-1 scale for plotting.
