Multi-treatment Meta Analysis of Summaries Store Options

Use this to save results from a multi-treatment meta analysis of summaries from experiments in Genstat data structures. After selecting the appropriate boxes, type the names for the identifiers of the data structures into the corresponding In: fields.

Save

Fitted values Variate Fitted values from the analysis
Residuals Variate Residuals from the analysis. The type of residuals saved is controlled by the Method for residuals setting
Treatment means Table Predicted means (averaged over experiments) for the treatments
Treatment effects Table Estimated effects (averaged over experiments) for the treatments
Standard error of difference between means Symmetric matrix Standard errors of differences between the treatment means
Standard error of difference between effects Symmetric matrix Standard errors of differences between the treatment effects

Display in spreadsheet

The saved results will be displayed within new spreadsheet windows.

Method for residuals

The list allows a selection of the type of residuals to be saved. This is enabled if fitted values or residuals are being saved.

Combine all random terms Use the residuals combined from all random terms.
Final random term only Use the residuals from the final random term.
Standardized residuals from all random terms Use the standardized residuals after combining them from all random terms.
Standardized residuals from final random term only Use the standardized residuals from the final random term.

Action buttons

OK Save the settings and close the dialog.
Cancel Close the dialog without further changes.
Clear all check boxes and fields.
