This specifies the trait data that are to be exported to a Flapjack project file format. The data can be supplied as Genstat data structures and saved in a Flapjack trait file. If an environment factor is specified then the data will be unstacked in the trait file by environment and the column names will have the environment names appended to them.
- From the menu select
Stats | QTLs (Linkage/Association) | Data Import/Export | Save Flapjack Project File. - Select the Trait data tab then set options as required and click OK.
Genstat data structures
Specifies the data structure names that are to be exported.
Available data | This lists data structures currently available in Genstat appropriate to the current input field. Double-click a name to move it to the current input field or select an item and click to move it across. |
Traits | A list of variates for the trait data. |
Genotype factor | A factor specifying the genotypes in each environment . |
Environment factor | A factor specifying the different environments for the traits. |
Save trait data file
Specifies the name of the file to save the trait data.
Trait filename | This specifies the name of the trait data file. You can browse for a filename by clicking on the button. |
Action Icons
Clear | Clear all fields and list boxes. | |
