Genstat contains a rich set of commands for analysing linear models. The Stats | Regression Analysis menus can be used to fit the following types of model:
- Linear models
- General linear model
- Generalized linear model
Additional options, including generalized additive models (GAMs), are available in the command language; see under REGRESSION.
