Use this to attach a new procedure library to be automatically loaded each time you start Genstat.
- From the menu select Tools | Procedure Libraries | Attach then click Add.
File
Specifies the name and path of the procedure library file. You can browse for a file by clicking on the 
button.
Add-in folder location
Specifies whether the procedure library will be attached within the System or User add-in folder.
Add to add-ins folder
Copies the procedure library file to the specified add-in folder location and adds the procedure library to the list of procedure libraries.
Close
Closes the dialog.
