Use this to save results from forming linkage groups for markers. These results are saved when the analysis is run and must be specified before running the analysis.
- After selecting the appropriate boxes, you need to type the names for the identifiers of the data structures into the corresponding In: fields.
Save
The available save options are as follows:
Positions of markers | Variate | Saves the positions of the markers. |
Sorted linkage groups | Factor | Saves and sorts the linkage groups of the markers in ascending order based on the levels of the linkage groups. |
Sorted positions of markers | Variate | Saves and sorts the linkage groups of the markers in ascending order based on the levels of the linkage groups. |
Sorted marker scores | Pointer | Saves the marker scores sorted in ascending order based on the levels of the linkage group factor. |
Sorted marker names | Text | Saves the marker names sorted in ascending order based on the levels of the linkage group factor. |
Sorted parent information | Pointer | Saves the parental information for a CP population in ascending order based on the levels of the linkage group factor. |
