Microarray Robust Means Analysis Options

Use this to set options for the robust means analysis menu.

Model fitting

This controls the parameters for the model fitting.

Maximum number of iteration cycles

This sets the maximum number of iteration cycles for the median polish algorithm when removing the medians over probes and slides.

Tolerance for convergence

This sets the convergence tolerance for the median polish algorithm, so that when the results change by less than the specified amount, the algorithm is deemed to have converged.

Action buttons

OK	Save the options settings and close the dialog.
Cancel	Close the dialog without making any changes.
Defaults	Reset the options to their default settings.

Action Icons

	Clear	Clear all fields and list boxes.
	Help	Open the Help topic for this dialog.
