Use this to save results from a multivariate analysis of distance in Genstat data structures.
- After selecting the appropriate boxes, type the identifiers of the data structures into the corresponding In: fields.
Save
The available save options for each type of test are as follows:
| Sums of squared distances | Variate | Saves the sums of squared distances for each model term. |
| Degrees of freedom | Variate | Saves the degrees of freedom for each model term. |
| Probabilities from permutation test | Variate | Saves the probabilities from the permutation test for each model term. |
| Distances for each model term | Pointer | Saves a pointer to symmetric matrices of distances for each model term. |
Display in spreadsheet
The saved results will also be displayed within new spreadsheet windows.
