Select menu: Spread | Book
The Spread | Book menu lets you work with multi-paged spreadsheets. The different menu items allow you to create, move, delete and reorder the sheets within a book. Most of these features can also be accessed from a shortcut menu, obtained by right clicking on a tab within a book window.
Display Sheet
Opens a dialog that can be used to select a sheet to display within the book.
Previous Page
Display the sheet before the current sheet.
Next Page
Display the sheet after the current sheet.
Rename Sheet
Opens a dialog that can be used to rename the page of a sheet.
Add Sheet
Opens the File New – Spreadsheet dialog, with the currently active book selected within the Create in book list.
Delete Sheet
Opens a dialog that can be used to delete one or more sheets from a book.
Move Current Sheet
Opens a dialog that can be used to select a book to move the current sheet into.
Move/Copy Sheets
Opens a dialog that can be used to move/copy Sheets from multiple books to another book.
Reorder Sheets
Opens a dialog that can be use to reorder the sheets within a book.
Split
Opens a dialog that can be used to split sheets from a book.
Tabbed-table properties
Opens a dialog that can be used to view or change the properties for a tabbed-table.
Display Summary
Displays a summary within the Output window for the columns in every page of the book.
