You may want to sort the trial into different orders so that the rows line up with the order in which the data have been collected. When sorting the trial into either Sowing/Cutting or Haldrup order, you need to know where the sowing or cutting operation will begin. The Haldrup mower spirals around the outside of the trial, whereas sowing or a normal mower works across rows or columns. This dialog lets you specify the position of the first plot in the operation.
First plot at
This selects the position of the first plot in the sowing or cutting operation. The position is relative to the layout printed on a page. The plot numbers are shown on the page to help you orient it correctly.

| Top right | Right-hand plot at the top of the page |
| Bottom left | Left-hand plot at the bottom of the page |
| Bottom right | Right-hand plot at the bottom of the page. |
Action buttons
| Ok | Sort the trial into the specified sowing/cutting order. |
| Cancel | Close the window without sorting the trial. |
